Prabhu Jagatbandhu College in Andul, affiliated to the University of Calcutta, is also known as Andul College, and have a distance education study center under Netaji Subhas Open University, NSOU. Dr. Kanailal Bhattacharya College NSOU Study Centre at Santragachi in Howrah is affiliated with Netaji Subhas Open University, the first Mega University in Eastern India, and with the University of Calcutta, and Re-accredited by National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC).
