A. D. Patel Institute of Technology, affiliated to Sardar Patel University under the management of Charutar Vidhya Mandal (CVM), was established in 2000. It is a self-financed institute and a degree engineering college situated in the district of Anand in Gujarat.

The AD Patel Institute of Technology Study Centre offers Diploma in Value Added Products from Fruits and Vegetables (DVAPFV).
